Service Description

Enjoy the outdoors with our low picnic table perfect for birthday parties, anniversaries, Valentine's Day, a day at the lake or many other celebrations. This party setup can also be indoors. You provide the place of celebration and we will complete the entire setup. This package can be customized to your desired colors. Please note the price can increase based on your theme and amount of guest. What's included: Set up/Take down Tables (can seat between 10-15) Floor Pillows Rugs Plates Silverware Cups Napkins A $150.00 deposit is required to secure your event date and will be applied to your balance; remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. If your event is less than 2 weeks out when booked then payment is due in full at the time of booking. Additional Add-Ons available. Cancellation Policy

Your event date is secured once the deposit is received. A minimum of 14 days notice must be given for requests to change the booking date. The request can be granted based on availability. A minimum of 14 days before your event is required to cancel the booking. Bookings cancelled within the 14 days of your event will result in a forfeit of the deposit. If your balance is not paid in full by the due date your event is subject to cancellation and a forfeit in deposit.
