If you would like to book 8 tents please include a note in the booking field. A $75 deposit is required to secure your event date and will be applied to your balance; remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. If your event is less than 2 weeks out when booked then payment is due in full at the time of booking. A travel fee is accessed on all bookings. Cancellation Policy

Your event date is secured once the retainer fee is received. A minimum of 14 days notice must be given for requests to change the booking date. The request can be granted based on availability. A minimum of 14 days before your event is required to cancel the booking. Bookings cancelled within the 14 days of your event will result in a forfeit of the retainer fee. If your balance is not paid in full by the due date your event is subject to cancellation and a forfeit in retainer fee.
