Service Description
For current themes listed on our website-Choose any of our themes and your desired amount of tent rentals. There is a tent maximum of 6 tents on most themes. You may click on each theme to review the total amount of tents that each theme can accommodate. A travel fee will apply to all events outside of Mansfield, Texas. Please provide the number of tents you are requesting along with the theme when you are booking your date in the message field. Themes can be mixed for boys and girls. After booking you will be contacted to confirm the party details. For example: You are interested in booking 3 Mermaid tents and 2 Minecraft Tents. place a comment in the message field. Please note: Your party is not secured until the deposit is received.
Cancellation Policy
Your event date is secured once the retainer fee is received. A minimum of 14 days notice must be given for requests to change the booking date. The request can be granted based on availability. A minimum of 14 days before your event is required to cancel the booking. Bookings cancelled within the 14 days of your event will result in a forfeit of the retainer fee. If your balance is not paid in full by the due date your event is subject to cancellation and a forfeit in retainer fee.
