Service Description

Our safari party is great for kids of all ages for birthdays, sibling sleepovers, or a weekend of fun! What's included: Set Up/Take Down 6 Exclusive Theme Tents 6 Mattresses 6 Sheets 6 Throw Blankets 6 Trays 6 Lanterns Camp fire Decorative Pillows Plush Animals String lights A $75 deposit is required to secure your event date and will be applied to your balance; remaining balance is due 7 days before your event date. If your event is less than 2 weeks out when booked then payment is due in full at the time of booking. A travel fee is accessed on all bookings outside of Mansfield. Additional Add-Ons available. Please contact us if you have additional questions. If you would like to book an event for less than 6 tents please contact us and we will accommodate your request. **Please note we are unable to hold dates without a paid deposit**

Cancellation Policy

Your event date is secured once the deposit is received. A minimum of 14 days notice must be given for requests to change the booking date. The request can be granted based on availability. A minimum of 14 days before your event is required to cancel the booking. Bookings cancelled within the 14 days of your event will result in a forfeit of the deposit. If your balance is not paid in full by the due date your event is subject to cancellation and a forfeit in deposit.
